FAULMOR faq

Questions? We've got answers.

Quick answers to help you get started and ship your first protected script.

How do I get started?+

1. Sign in with Discord on faulmor.site. 2. Head to your dashboard and follow the Discord Bot Management guide to connect your server. 3. Upload your .lua file — we hand you back a single line of code to share with your users. That's it. The dashboard walks you through each step.

How do keys work?+

Every script has its own keys. You decide if they last forever or expire after a set time. The first time someone uses a key, it locks to their device — so only they can run it. You can revoke, reset, or extend any key anytime from the dashboard or Discord.

What plans are available?+

Faulmor offers a Citizen plan for getting started and a Royal plan for creators who need higher limits and Maximum-mode protection. See the pricing section on the home page for full details.

How safe is my script?+

Very. Your source code never leaves the platform in its original form, and what your users receive is heavily protected against copying or tampering. We're constantly improving the protection layers behind the scenes.

Someone leaked a key — what do I do?+

Open the script in your dashboard, find the key, and hit Revoke or Reset Device. Changes apply instantly the next time they try to run it. No need to redeploy anything.

What information do you store?+

Only what's needed to make the whitelist work: your Discord ID, your uploaded script (kept private), and the keys you create. No personal info from your end users, no payment data, nothing extra.

Something's not working — what now?+

First, check the dashboard to make sure the key isn't expired or revoked. If users see an invalid-key error, reset their device from the panel. For anything else, open a support ticket below and we'll help.

Where can I get help?+

The dashboard has setup guides built in. If you're still stuck, open a support ticket below or reach out in our Discord. We usually reply within a few hours.
