Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid Discord account to use Faulmor. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. Acceptable use

• No scripts designed to harm Roblox accounts, infect devices, or exfiltrate credentials.
• No content that violates Roblox's Terms of Use or applicable law.
• No re-selling, re-distributing, or cracking the Faulmor obfuscator or loader.
• No abuse of the Discord bot, key generation, or HWID binding endpoints.

Violations may result in immediate key revocation, account suspension, or blacklist.

3. Script ownership

You retain full ownership of the source code you upload. By using Faulmor you grant us a limited license to process, store, and deliver your script through our obfuscator and loader pipeline. We do not claim ownership and we do not redistribute your source.

4. Service "as is", no warranty

Faulmor is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that obfuscation cannot be defeated, or that loader delivery will always succeed. Use at your own risk.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform. You may stop using Faulmor and request data deletion at any time via our Discord.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced via the changelog and the #FAULMOR-UPDATE channel.
